£250,000 contract for the conversion of a single storey to a two storey building utilising an increased roof space.
This house was completed in Spring 2014. It provided additional first floor living spaces on an existing single storey detached property which had been extended over a number of years. The new design provides a modern semi-open plan four bedroom house arranged to provide a bright light filled interior.
Underfloor heating has been successfully included using a specialist system ideal for retrofitting without disrupting the original floor construction.
